Q. My birthday is in a couple of days and I usually receive roughly $200. I am thinking about buying an Xbox 360 Slim or a 26-27 inch LCD HDTV. The majority of decisions made by you guys on one product will result in my FINAL answer.

LCD HDTV Widescreen on XBOX 360?
Q. So, I am using a regular 4 by 3, 32 inch TV. I will usually use this to play my XBOX 360, and when I do on some certain games it will go into widescreen so that there are the two black bars on the top and bottom. I am about to use a new 16 by 9, 32 inch LCD HDTV and I will hook it up to my XBOX 360. Will this new TV make the bars on the top and bottom go away because the TV is a widescreen itself?
Please Help... Thanks...

A. If you set your Xbox 360 to display 16:9 aspect and also make the TV display the fullscreen (you can usually rotate from 4:3/Zoom/Wide etc. etc.) then you'll get the full picture.
